Christian Book Publishing is a very hot topic in the industry today. There are so many great messages that believers want to deliver to the body of Christ as there are many needs that Christians have.

 

     Still, not all Christians have all the same needs, so defining your target market is crucial to your success as an author. Christian book publishing can work for you if you strategically market your message to the right audience.

 

     Once you have decided that you want to publish a book for Christians, you need to further define you particular target audience. One would think that writing a book for Christians is targeted enough; but it’s not.

 

     Your target audience is going to be determined by your subject. So even in Christian book publishing you still need to decide who specifically you are speaking to, and about what.

     This group of people accounts for about 80% of all book sales, in general. So you can do very well with your marketing if you are writing a book that’s targeted to women.

 

     Then you simply need to market to Christian women who have the need that you are trying to fill. Christian book publishing requires good marketing in order to reach your particular target audience.
